These are to two BEST WAYS to get started:
- Private Lessons - schedule a lesson for just-you or you and up to 5 of your friends!
- Instructional Videos - Learn the basics through our free online videos straight from your home. If you run into some challenges that you can't overcome, then schedule a private lesson to get you past it.
Q: Do I need a partner?
A: No, definitely not for a private lesson. Our instructors often work with students 1-on-1. For the video series we suggest 3 minimum, so you have someone to spot at all times.
Q: What do I need to wear/bring?
A: Wear athletic clothing and a hair tie if applicable. Acroyoga is done barefoot (or with socks if desired) so athletic shoes are not necessary. Our instructor will bring a set of acroyoga mats to your lesson. Bring a water bottle if you would like.
Q: Do I need to have experience? I've never tried acroyoga before!
A: No, we love beginners!
Q: I've never done yoga and/or I'm not flexible! Will I still be able to learn acroyoga?
A: Yes, for sure! Acroyoga is a great way to become more flexible and there is no acroyoga, yoga, or fitness experience required in order to get started :).
